The general assemblies of the Union of European Veterinary Practitioners (UEVP) and the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe (FVE) were held in Stockholm, Sweden, in May. Among the subjects discussed were antimicrobial resistance, pet travel, veterinary medicines for horses, pet insurance and evidence‐based medicine.
