This year marks the 10th anniversary of devolution in Scotland and Wales and while there may be differences in detail of how the administrations will develop, none of the major political parties proposes to revert to the pre‐devolution arrangements. BVA president‐elect, Bill Reilly, takes stock of how the BVA operates in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
