NON‐NOTIFIABLE new and emerging diseases of British livestock and farmed birds were considered at a symposium held at the Veterinary Laboratories Agency — Weybridge on June 18. A wide range of interested parties were represented, including defra 's Food and Farming Group, livestock sector groups, veterinary schools, the Scottish and Welsh governments, and the British Cattle Veterinary Association.
