THE Veterinary Practice Management Association ( VPMA ) held its 11th annual congress from February 4 to 6 in Hinckley. This year’s meeting was entitled ‘Back to basics’, a theme reflected in many of the presentations, which concentrated on the fundamentals of practice management, from recruiting and dismissing staff, through adding value to management accounts, to offering the best service to clients
