CHANGE is a strange phenomenon. It is an inevitable part of life, and is often a very positive experience. However, if someone does not have the skills in place to help them manage change, the process can be very stressful and they may have great difficulty adapting. In this article, Christine Stobbs discusses the ways in which individuals and organisations can manage change constructively in order to reduce its negative impact and enhance its positive effects.
