IN the two previous articles in her series on coping with conflict in the practice, Charlotte Dale has explored ways of recognising and addressing conflict when it arises. In this final article, she discusses an approach which is altogether more proactive, the rationale being that prevention is always better than cure. It is based on building and developing a team and promoting effective teamwork.
