AS the proportion of women in the veterinary profession increases, there is a need to provide flexible working conditions to try to ensure satisfaction for all parties concerned. Here, Claire Davies describes the job share arrangement that she and her practice have reached and considers both the advantages and disadvantages that a job share has brought.
