WITH assistants in practice seemingly becoming increasingly reluctant to move into partnership, the veterinary profession is beginning to consider incorporation as a possible solution. However, contrary to popular opinion, says Roderick l'Anson Banks, the partnership structure continues to offer many advantages, not the least of which is a flexible working relationship for all concerned.
