THE recruitment of new members of staff is one aspect of management which many businesses fail to resource sufficiently. In the case of veterinary practice, the current climate has resulted in a number of practices competing for what is a relatively small manpower pool. Therefore the approach to recruitment is of the utmost importance. So, how can practices present themselves and their vacancy in a way which encourages potential applicants to apply?
