THE location of a practice is a significant contributing factor to the success of the business. The premises from which the business is run can be either purchased freehold or leased from a landlord on commercial terms. In the April issue of [i]In Practice[/i], the issues concerned with buying a practice were considered. Here, aspects pertinent to leasing are explored.
