ONCE a practice grows beyond a certain size and is spread over several locations, there is often no single partner in a position to take important day‐to‐day decisions. To prevent a delay in decision making, many I larger practices have developed a management team approach. This article describes how to go about deciding on a workable and effective organisation structure suited to your individual practice.
