IN today's world, communication should present no problems to running a practice efficiently. The Veterinary Defence Society accepts that many of the cases presented to it result from misunderstandings and personal communication failures, but the four cases highlighted in this article refer to the communication systems used to transmit client needs to the ’on duty‘ practitioner.
