TRAINING courses are frequently offered to staff as a potential 'cure all'. Managers reason that any and all training must be good for the purposes of motivation and improving performance, but often the results are disappointing. Following and adhering to a few simple rules will ensure that practices and their staff derive maximum benefit from courses that they attend.
