ThirtyClostridioides difficile isolates collected in 2016 through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Emerging Infections Program were selected for reference antimicrobial susceptibility testing and whole-genome sequencing. Here, we present the genetic characteristics of these isolates and announce their availability in the CDC & FDA Antibiotic Resistance Isolate Bank.
