Azospirillum sp. strains TSA2S and TSH100 are plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria with the capacity to mitigate N 2 O from agricultural soil. They were isolated from the rhizosphere of paddy soil in Tokyo, Japan. Here, we present the genome sequences of these two strains.
