The draft genome sequence ofExiguobacterium sp. strain TBG-PICH-001, isolated from Pichavaram Mangrove Forest (Tamil Nadu, India), is reported here. Paired-end sequencing technology was used to sequence the genome on the Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform. The genome comprises 3,141,454 bp; it harbors 3,154 genes and has a G+C content of 47.34%.
