The objective on this paper is to show the methodology and the approach to establish environmental handle unities in Coastal Zone. The System is composed by 23 programs and subroutines using qualitative and quantitative analysis and computational methods with BASIC language. The creations of an environmental information System using its own data bank are an integral part of this study. In conclusion, Some perspectives of use of this methodo logy for establish environmental unities are described showing objectively the large use for an urban and regional planning, environmental impacts and establish the environmental handle unities. . This paper is integrant part of the Coastal Management Plan (CIRM - BRAZIL).
