A buffered glucose‐saline fluid is described, designed to keep mammalian sperms at maximum activity for a maximum length of time at the temperature of the body. Sperms from the epididymis are suspended in this fluid in small uncorked test‐tubes in a damp chamber maintained at 37°C.
