The paper gives necessary and sufficient conditions on the parameters s 1 , s 2 , …, s m , p 1 , p 2 , …, p m such that the Jacobian determinant extends to a bounded operator fromℋ p 1s 1× ℋ p 2s 2× … × ℋ p ms minto S′. Here all spaces are defined on ℝ n or on domains Ω⊂ℝ n . In almost all cases the regularity of the Jacobian determinant is calculated exactly.
