It is pointed out that the finite‐dimensional critical case results [ 18, 20, 24 ] on topological conjugacies of linear dynamical systems do not remain valid in infinite‐dimensional Hilbert space. Further, it is shown that unitary operators associated with mildly mixing automorphisms of a probability measure space are topologically conjugate.
