Summary This article provides a transparent description of Mreg_ UKR cell products, including manufacture and quality‐control processes, using the structure and vocabulary of the ‘Minimum Information about Tolerogenic Antigen‐presenting Cells’ reporting guidelines. This information is intended as a resource for those in the field, as well as a stimulus to develop a new wave of immunoregulatory and tissue‐reparative monocyte‐derived cell therapies.
