Cover legend: The TLR4 signaling adaptor TRAM localizes to the endocytic‐recycling compartment . The spatial distribution of TRIF‐related adaptor molecule (TRAM) was studied during lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation using fl uorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) and conventional confocal microscopy. Our data suggest that Rab11a may regulate LPS induced interferon‐β production through its ability to facilitate TRAM transport form the Golgi to endocytic recycling compartment (ERC) and further onto LPS positive endosomes during LPS stimulation. The cover: 3D‐redering of peri‐nuclear TRAM‐YFP (green)‐, Golgi/α‐GM130 (red)‐ and Rab11a‐CFP (white) channels, showing a high degree of overlap of TRAM and Rab11a in the ERC. See Klein et al. Traffic 2015; 16(7):677–690. Read the full article on doi: 10.1111/tra.12274
