Infections with C ronobacter sakazakii are mainly described among neonates and infants, with contaminated powdered infant formulas most often incriminated as the cause. We describe here a case of C . sakazakii bacteremia secondary to a suspected cyst infection in a heart‐and‐kidney transplant patient with polycystic kidney disease.
