Abstract Poland's Syndrome is rare, therefore, clinicians may not be familiar with all that potentially defines this disorder. Much of the literature that exists regarding Poland's Syndrome focuses on the surgical correction of breast asymmetry for cosmesis. Inspired by a patient at our institution, this paper reviews this rare breast disorder and its associated findings within the context of the whole woman with special attention to breast cancer in this cohort.
