This mobilization has brought to light the challenges involved in the recruitment and retention of diverse administrative networks . This Viewpoint essay reviews the importance and difficulties of maintaining diverse administrative networks . The review is followed by concrete strategies for building and maintaining diverse networks in Norman , Oklahoma .
