Hierarchical clustering heatmap of biologically relevant metabolites in urine sample of term infants at 1 and 6 months of age. Heat map show global metabolic changes for each variable: red, increase; blue, decrease; yellow, no relative change. A warm color (e.g. red) represents a higher metabolite content than does a cold color (e.g. blue).
