Napkin psoriasis is a variant of psoriasis and is characterized by macerated, sharply demarcated, and bright erythematous plaques that can also spread to other areas of the body, especially in infancy. Given that differential diagnosis and treatment can be a challenge, we present and discuss the case of a 5½‐month‐old boy diagnosed with napkin psoriasis clinically and on histopathology.
