Abstract An 8‐year old boy with generalized pustular psoriasis unresponsive to several topical and systemic treatments responded dramatically with long‐lasting remission to infliximab in combination with methotrexate. Combined therapy might offer a new therapeutic strategy yielding long‐term remission.
