We report the cases of four children affected by Vernal keratocon-\udjunctivitis (VKC) treated with Omalizumab with resolution of ocular\udsigns and symptoms. Vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) is a chronic\udconjunctivitis, not responding to topical antihistamines and frequently\udmisdiagnosed and mistreated. The effect of Omalizumab in patients with VKC\udshould be better investigated and well-\uddesigned studies are warranted\udto prove its efficacy. Not only might these studies be useful in order\udto provide new therapeutic strategies especially in patients resistant\udto cyclosporine and tacrolimus, but also they could help to clarify the\udpathogenesis of this severe ocular diseas
