Recent research has focused on measuring the Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) impact (physical, psychological, and social) on children suffering from respiratory allergy. The burden of the disease has been evaluated by mean of different questionnaires specifically validated for asthma or allergic rhinitis. Several studies demonstrated that these two conditions often coexist, being seen in half to three quarter of children (1). This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
