A 16‐year‐old boy attended with a hard buccal/lingual swelling associated with an erupted lower right first molar. The patient had been aware of its presence for at least 12 months. Cone‐beam CT investigation appeared consistent with a cementoblastoma associated with the roots of this tooth. Platelet‐rich fibrin and bone graft were used to recontour the surgical site following a block resection.
