Non‐suppurative inflammatory jaw bone disease can be a challenge to succinctly diagnose and provide reproducible treatment options. Often times there are multiple confounding contributors towards disease progression that makes precise diagnostic isolation a challenge. This case report highlights the challenges of a specific subset of mandibular inflammatory bone condition with a description of definitive therapy.
