Rhabdomyosarcomas are rare neoplasms derived from primitive mesenchymal tissue expressing skeletal muscle differentiation. They often present with vague symptoms that can easily mimic other diseases. Rhabdomyosarcomas of the oral cavity are extremely rare and account only for 0.04% of all the head and neck malignancies. We report a rare case of an alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma in the soft palate of a 13‐year‐old girl.
