Metastatic tumours of the oral region are far less frequent than the primary tumours. The major primary sites of carcinoma metastasising to the oral cavity are the lungs and breast, but there are several reported cases of other primary sites. To our knowledge, oral metastases from a primary colorectal malignancy are a very rare occurrence. We present a case of metastatic adenocarcinoma of the oral region from a colorectal primary malignancy. We discuss the clinical and histopathological aspects of this rare condition and the management of this patient.
