The article offers a response to and discussion of the article "Studying Religion and Language Teaching and Learning: Building a Subfield" by Huamei Han in the current issue. The author says that research on the relationship between religion and language learning has already been taking place, but that it is altered and made more important by the large number of migrants globally who must adapt to new cultures.
