Analysis of the subcellular localization and dynamics of cyclic AMP/PKA signaling proteins in the model Rice Blast pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae reveals a functional dependency for the regulatory (RpkA‐GFP) and catalytic (CpkA‐mCherry) subunits as they are trafficked on vesicular bodies in the blast fungus.
