Adopting a frame analysis, this article analyzes how transnational advocacy networks in Latin America interlink different agendas in specific international political opportunity structures. Specifically, it assesses the way REMTE and GRAP interlinked economic, ecological, and gender justice demands at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development. This article provides insights on the factors that affect the alignment process of different demands under collective action frames.
