ON THE COVER: [Benthic unicells plus abandoned cell walls following zoospore release of the new marine, sand‐dwelling genus Chrysoparadoxa australica gen. et sp. nov. ( Chrysoparadoxophyceae ) photographed with differential interference contrast optics. Two chloroplasts are U‐shaped at the ends of the cells and then split into 2 lobes.
