A 12‐year‐old girl was struck by two rapidly fired BB shots that penetrated the ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses and lodged within the sella turcica. Small preretinal, subretinal, and inferior vitreous hemorrhages developed in the left eye, but no neurological abnormalities were detected. Managed conservatively, the ocular hemorrhages resolved. Three years after the injury, the patient had no significant ophthalmological, neurological, or endocrinological abnormalities.
