A BSTRACT We report a patient with situs inversus who developed a large posterior interventricular septum pseudoaneurysm with a septal defect following a myocardial infarction. The ventricular septum was approached through the left ventricle and the entrance of the pseudoaneurysm was repaired with a strip of equine pericardium. doi: 10.1111/jocs.12691 (J Card Surg 2016;31:147–149)
