A neonate developed severe dyspnea following an arterial switch operation due to compression of the trachea and left main bronchus by a dilated pulmonary artery. This was relieved by a second procedure in which the dilated pulmonary artery was excised and reconstructed with bovine pericardium. doi: 10.1111/jocs.12686 (J Card Surg 2016;31:106–109)
