Myxoid liposarcoma is a soft tissue tumor in adults with rare cardiac involvement. We report a 50‐year‐old female with high grade round cell liposarcoma of the left knee with metastases to the right heart chambers. The tumor was located in the right atrium with extension to right ventricle. The Patient underwent radiotherapy after surgical resection and 12‐month follow‐up revealed no recurrent cardiac disease. doi: 10.1111/jocs.12148 (J Card Surg 2013;28:672–674)
