A bstract Acute coronary obstruction is one of the most feared complications associated with transcatheter aortic valve‐in‐valve implantation. Strategies for assessing the risk of coronary occlusion during these procedures as well as preventive measures are discussed . (J Card Surg 2012;27:682‐685)
