Supravalvar aortic stenosis is characterized by an obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract distal to the aortic valve. Its association with left main coronary artery stenosis is well known but right coronary artery involvement has not been reported. We describe two cases of supravalvar aortic stenosis with coronary artery stenosis and its surgical management . (J Card Surg 2012;27:678‐681)
