Summary The present study reports the length–weight relationships of six fish species from the Tapajós River: Curimata inornata, Geophagus altifrons, G. neambi, Pachyurus junki, Pseudoloricaria laeviuscula and Pristobrycon striolatus . No previous LWR information was available for these species in the FishBase database. Coefficients for the parameter b varied from 2.83 to 3.56.
