Summary Presented are the length–weight and length–length relationships and condition factors for two mudskippers, Periophthalmus modestus and Periophthalmus magnuspinnatus , on the tidal flats of Korea. Values of the exponent b , estimated by nonlinear least squares from weight and length data, were 3.031 for P. modestus and 3.044 for P. magnuspinnatus . All relationships between total and standard length were linear ( r 2  > 0.974). The condition factors were significantly higher during the post‐spawning season than at other times for both species.
