Summary This study provides data on the length‐weight relationships ( LWR ) for 26 tropical fish species collected in A ugust 2010 (dry season) and M ay 2011 (wet season), and represents the first LWR references for these species in the small tributary streams flowing into the major rivers of the P antanal M atogrossense, B razil.
