0.96(K 0.5 Na 0.5 ) 0.95 Li 0.05 Nb 0.93 Sb 0.07 O 3 –0.04CaZrO 3 (0.96 KNLNS –0.04 CZ ) lead‐free piezoelectric ceramics have been prepared by a new ceramics sintering progress—three‐step sintering method, via adjusting every step sintering temperature and holding time to improve piezoelectric properties. The result shows that the phase structure of the ceramics was changed from single phase to two phase coexisted by three‐step sintering, meanwhile, orthorhombic–tetragonal phase transition temperature was modified to around zero degree. Remarkably, piezoelectric properties has been obtained in 0.96 KNLNS ‐0.04 CZ ceramics, which piezoelectric parameter is d 33 = 420 pC /N, K p =0.485.
