Although the training scheme has been conceived and carried out jointly, the main role of one of us ( M.B.) was that of group leader, and so the first section describing that part of the work has been written by him. In the same way the chief task of the other of us ( E.B.) was that of supervisor, and the second section, which deals with that part of the work, was written by her. The third section, comparing our scheme with other training schemes for psychotherapy, has been written jointly.
