SUMMARY The differentiation of blood cells and of their precursors in the bone marrow is often difficult and cytochemical methods may be necessary to distinguish the various cells involved. In the following paper some methods found to be useful and the results are presented. RÉSUMÉ La différenciation des cellules sanguines et de leurs précurseurs dans la moelle osseuse est souvent difficile: les méthodes cytochimiques sont souvent nécessaires pour distinguer ces cellules. Quelques techniques et leurs résultats sont présentés dans cet article. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Die Differenzierung von Blutzellen und ihrer Vorläufer im Knochenmark ist oft schwierig. Cytochemische Färbemethoden werden oft benötigt, um die verschiedenen Zellen zu unterscheiden. In diesem Artikel werden einige nützliche Methoden und die damit erreichbaren Resultate vorgestellt.
